My fellow parishioners,

By now you should have received in the mail a Roadmap to our 300th Anniversary Celebration. I would like to take a moment to explain what it is.

Our committee has started planning and organizing several projects and events that will take place over the course of our celebratory year. Listed in the Roadmap, at the end of each individual item, is a list of names of the people involved with that project or event. The purpose of this is to allow you to know who to ask if you have a question about, or even if you wish to be involved with, that particular item. We warmly welcome your involvement with anything related to this event!

Attached to this Roadmap is a list of all the Committee and support members with their respective contact information. If you see a particular item that sparks your interest, you now have the means to contact that person or people involved with it so that you yourself may also become involved!

If you have any questions in general, please feel free to reach out to me and I’ll be happy to talk to you.

On behalf of the 300th Anniversary Committee, thank you!

Tom Radcliffe

Note from Ellen – The promised list of committee members has been added.
