Annual ECW Luncheon
The ladies of the church gathered at the home of Mary Julie for their annual luncheon on Saturday, June 8th. This mostly social event is very popular and met with approval from all who attended. The food was delicious. Thank you to all who used their time and talents to prepare it.
Lunch with Charlotte
On Wednesday, May 29th, eight Wye Parish ladies met Charlotte Meyer for lunch at Applebee’s in Easton.
Charlotte is thoroughly enjoying some summer time off from classes, church duties and from her pastoral assignment as the Chaplain in the Anne Arundel Hospital emergency room. Her duties there brought peace and comfort to grieving families and strengthened her belief that sharing God’s love breaks all barriers of race, ethnicity and religion. Do0nna Sherwood, Jackie Saunders, MaryJo Dematteis, Ann Goodman, Connie Cole, Jarrett Smith, Barbara Perry and Sharon Butler spent precious time with Charlotte and look forward to her ordination on Sunday, June 16th at 4 pm at Emmanuel Church in Chestertown. (Thanks to MaryJo for the photo)

Our Theme for Vacation Bible School this year is “Monumental” and it is filled with awesome Bible learning experiences you can see, hear and touch!
Science Fun Gizmos, team building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.
Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life-something we call God Sighting….Get ready to hear that phrase a lot!
All the children will need a clean white T-shirt and offerings are taken every day. Have your child’s name and crew number in the collar of the Tee.
