Collect for the Seventh Sunday of Pentecost
O God, the protector of all who trust in you, without whom nothing is strong, nothing is holy: Increase and multiply upon us your mercy; that, with you as our ruler and guide, we may so pass through things temporal, that we lose not the things eternal; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
This Sunday we welcome welcome and thank our worship team who will lead us in morning prayer. Rick Culotta will be our officiant and Sharon Butler will serve as our worship leader. Rick and Sharon will team up to offer a special sermon and Carolyn Cutler will be present to sing the Lord’s Prayer.

Bishop San’s Visit to Wye Parish
Last Sunday, during his visit to Wye Parish, Bishop San kindly presented the parish with a certificate honoring our 300th Anniversary. Our Senior Warden, Jamie Goodman received the certificate on our behalf. Check the bulletin bulletin board outside the Parish Office if you would like to see a copy of this impressive certificate.
Hello friends!We had a super time at our craft session this week. Robin taught us the steps for decorating oyster shells; the results were wonderful!
We shared crafting and conversation until about noon, and then had a delicious lunch, brought by several ladies who had previously volunteered. We were finished and cleaned up by a little after 1:00.
We’ve decided to meet every Thursday, from 10:00 to about 1:00, with lunch.

Donations of non-perishable food are warmly accepted for the Haven Ministries Emergency Food Pantry. Food donation boxes are located at both St. Luke’s Chapel and Old Wye Church. The Food Pantry at Haven Ministries is open for daily distribution year round.Please direct people to call 410-827-7194 for an appointment prior to visiting.
