  The congregation wants Scripture taken seriously and connected to everyday life. The ideal priest would be able to teach with depth without becoming overly academic, preach with warmth and narrative skill, and develop formation for adults, children, youth, young adults, and families.
• Grounded in Episcopal tradition, but not rigid.
